Uma bica, se faz favor!

Caros leitores, 

 
Esta semana passei todos os dias no escritório. 

Escrevi um breve texto sobre o Censo de Galinhola, e continuo a estudar Português. Desde Fevereiro, que vivo em Portugal  e só agora estou começando a falar algumas palavras da língua local. Por isso, estou estudando seriamente para melhorar as minhas habilidades de linguagem, uma vez que é muito importante acompanhar o povo, embora seja verdade que a maioria dos portugueses tenha um inglês muito bom, tanto os jovens como as pessoas mais velhas. Isto é verdade para todos aqui, excepto a senhora do bar. Ela fala Português com a população local, e espanhol com os estranhos! “Inglês não, se faz favor” ... Mas, graças a ela, tenho de falar Português no bar. Sim, acredito que entre um café e um "garoto", estou começando a treinar a minha mente para falar Português. Não tenho a certeza mas, acho que no próximo mês estarei melhor porque gosto de falar Inglês e a Madeira está cheia de ingleses, nas ruas podemos ouvir o som original desta língua fantástica. Esta é a razão pela qual eu ainda não aprendi Português, porque aqui podemos falar Inglês, sem problemas, tanto com pessoas portuguesas como inglesas.. 

Esta tarde, vou estudar com rapazes venezuelanos do curso. Estamos a estudar os verbos irregulares, coisas chatas ... :-) Achei estranha a pronúncia da terceira pessoa do plural, por exemplo, veem "é pronunciado" vegnaem ", e com isso o som nasal ... Mas tenho de dizer que os sons do Português são muito simpáticos, eu moro aqui e tenho que aprender essa linguagem, é um desafio ...

Ok pessoal, agora tenho de dizer adeus. Estou a escrever um e-mail para o meu amigo turco Musa ... Não, não no idioma turco, tenho sorte porque ele pode falar italiano :-) Sou grato a ele, pois é meu responsável na Itália para o meu projeto aqui, e está sempre pronto para me ajudar em qualquer questão.

Por fim, quero sugerir a todos um projecto SVE: vocês podem aprender um monte de coisas novas para a vossa vida, por exemplo, comecei a beber leite!!!  E ainda podem notar que as coisas mais estranhas podem acontecer ...

Dear readers,

This week I spent all my days at the office.

I wrote a brief text about the Censo de Galinhola, and in these days I am studying Portuguese language. It’s from February that I live in Portugal yet, and I’m beginning to speak few words of the local language only now. So, I am studying seriously to improve my language skills, because it’s such important to follow the local people talking to you. Even if, I have to say that most of Portuguese people have a really good English, both young and old guys. This is true for everyone here, except the lady at the bar. She speaks Portuguese with local people, and Spanish with the strangers! No English, se faz favor… But thank to her, I speak Portuguese at the bar. Yes, I believe that between a coffee and a “garoto”, I am beginning to train my mind to speak Portuguese. I think in the next monthes I will be better, but I’m not sure because I like speak English and Madeira is full of English people and in the streets you can usually hear the original sound of this fantastic language. This is the reason why I didn’t learn Portuguese yet, ‘cause of here you can speak English without problems, with both Portuguese and English people.

This afternoon I’m going to study with Venezuelan guys of the language course. We are studying the irregular verbs, bad things :-) … I found such strange the pronunciation of the third plural person, for example “véem” is pronunciated “vegnaem”,and with so nasal sound… But I have to say that Portuguese sounds are very likeable, I live here and I have to learn this language, it’s a challenge…

Ok guys, now I have to say goodbye. I’m writing an email to my Turkish friend Musa… No, not in Turkish language, I’m lucky, he can speak Italian :-) I am grateful to him, he’s my responsible in Italy for my project here, and he’s always ready to help me in any question.

Finally, I want to suggest to everyone an Evs project: you can learn a lot of new things for your life, for example I began to drink milk… And you can notice that everywhere strange things can be happen…
