Uma semana cheia // A full week

Na última semana, fiz muitas coisas novas. Foi uma semana muito gratificante!

Como parte integrante da Semana da Juventude no Funchal, fiz uma apresentação no dia 12, "Dia Internacional da Juventude", sobre a minha experiência e participação no Serviço Voluntário Europeu na Madeira, juntamente com os outros voluntários. Fiz em Português, ou pelo menos tentei, e encorajei todos a fazerem uma atividade de mobilidade.

Tive também a oportunidade de ir ao Porto Santo, no navio "Lobo Marinho", onde pude fazer censos marinhos, para detetar diversas espécies de aves e mamíferos marinhos. Durante esse dia no Porto Santo, desenvolvemos trabalhos no aeroporto e, ao final da tarde, pudemos descansar um pouco na praia, como lagartos ao sol.

Para encerrar a semana, desfrutámos de uma "Espetada", com uma boa "Poncha" no Arraial do Monte. Uma grande festa!

Em suma, tem sido uma semana cheia de impressões e experiências onde tive oportunidade de trabalhar, colaborar e aprender mais sobre este belo arquipélago e as suas tradições.

Last week, I did many new things. It was a week very gratifying!

As part of Youth Week in Funchal, I did ​​a presentation on the 12th, "International Youth Day", about my experience and participation in European Voluntary Service in Madeira, along with the other volunteers. I did in Portuguese, or at least tried it, and I encourage to everyone to do a activity mobility.

I also had the opportunity to go to Porto Santo, on the ship "Lobo Marinho", where I could do a marine census, to detect several species of birds and marine mammals. During this day in Porto Santo, we developed work at the airport and at the end of the afternoon, we rest a little on the beach, in the sun like lizards.

To end the week, we enjoyed a "Espetada" with a good "Poncha" in Festival of Monte. A great party!

In short, it has been a week full of impressions and experiences where I had the opportunity to work, collaborate, and learn more about this beautiful archipelago and its traditions.

Uma experiência única/ A unique experience.

O tempo esta a correr! parece que foi ontem quando chegei a Madeira e tem sido já 6 meses! Será sinal de que estive aqui muito bem. Lembro-me do momento em que chegei e os nervos que tinha e os milhares de perguntas que me fiz na cabeça, gostarei do lugar?conseguirei aprender um novo idioma? sabre ser capaz de trabalhar bem a SPEA? A verdade é que foi tudo muito bem e durante a minha estadia aqui como estagiária, aprendi muito, tanto profissionalmente como pessoal.

O primeiro mês foi o mais difícil, pois tudo era novo para mim, mas uma vez que entendei melhor o Português e pode se comunicar bem,  as coisas eram melhores. É uma pena, porque agora que estive aqui todo esse tempo e adaptei a 100% é quando termina a bolsa Leonardo e  tenho que ir para casa. Mas realmente vale a pena e foi uma experiência inesquecível que eu recomendo a todos os jovens que querem tem uma expericia lavoral fora do teu pais e conhecer novos lugares, culturas, idomas e pessoas interessantes.

Eu levo na mala inúmeras lembranças, expericia com pássaros, um aera que não tinha visto muito durante os meus estudos em biologia, mas fiquei surpresa com o quão interessante e bonito pode ser o estudo das aves e um punhado de boas amigos.

Madeira é um lugar deslumbrante onde a natureza está muito viva e poder desfrutar de ela en cada lugar da ilha. Eu queria agradecer a SPEA Madeira porque  fiz que me sentira como em casa desde o primeiro dia que chegei.

The time to run this! it seems like yesterday when arrived to  Madeira and has already been 6 months! that was because here i was very well. I remember the moment ven arrive whit nerves and thousands of questions in my  head, will like the place? I'll Get to learn a new language? I get be able to work well SPEA? The truth is that it was all very well and during my stay here as an intern, I learned a lot, both professionally and personally.

The first month was the hardest, because everything was new fot me, but once you understand  Portuguese and can communicate well, things were better. It's a shame, because now I've been here all this time and is adapted to 100% when the scolarship Leonardo ends and I have to go home. But really worth it and it was an unforgettable experience that I recommend to all young people who want to have an experiment lavoral outside your country and know new places, cultures, language and interesting people.

I take the suitcase countless memories, experiment with birds, one aera had not seen a lot during my studies in biology, but I was surprised by how interesting and beautiful can be the study of birds and a handful of good friends.

Madeira is a wonderful place where the nature is alive and able to enjoy it en every place of the island. I say  thank  to SPEA Madeira because I felt like home from the first day that arrive.

Madeira catamaran

Na passada quinta-feira experimentei uma das melhores atividades desde que estou aqui na SPEA Madeira. Fiz um censo marino mas não no Lobo Marinho, como fiz em tempos passados​​, mas num catamaran.

 A grande proximidade da água permitiu-me ver uma grande variedade de espécies marinhas que estão aqui na ilha, como tartarugas, cagarras, almas pretas, gaivotas e até mesmo uma baleia!!!!

No meio de tantas experiencias, talvez o melhor tenha sido um grupo de golfinhos que se aproximaram do barco, porque eles são muito curiosos e começaram a brincar e mergulhar! Foi espetacular, adorei este dia!

Last Thursday I made one of the best experiences that I liked since I'm here in SPEA Madeira. I did the census in the sea but not in the Lobo Marinho as I did in the past, but in a catamaran.

I could better see the variety of marine species that are here on the island as turtles, shearwaters, petrels, seagulls and even a whale!!

Perhaps the best was a group of dolphins that came to us because they are very curious, and began to play and dive! It was spectacular, I loved this day!
